Ensures Precise Temperature Control on Plastic Extruder Film Surface
ERACO Film Inflation Cooler ER.IC series devices are produced to ensure precise temperature control on plastic extruder film surface. Thanks to the series with a film cooling capacity between 100 kg/h and 450 kg/h, up to 30% increase is achieved in film production.
Air inlet - outlet temperature and water inlet - outlet temperature is kept under control thanks to the microprocessor on the unit, and it is aimed to ensure efficient production at constant values. Thanks to ERACO Film Inflation Cooler, production is made at the desired film surface temperature regardless of outdoor temperature.
ERACO Film Inflation Cooler devices are compact devices completely suitable for the process with mist eliminator and air filter. Double-sided non-woven fabric filter fabric produced with Hyper-Fiber technology is used and it blocks all materials (water, dust, particles, etc.) except air thanks to the PVC eliminator (mist eliminator). Filters offer easy cleaning thanks to the cover on the device.
Batteries used in the unit are covered with hydrophilic epoxy. In this way, it ensures that the condensation water formed on battery surface causes corrosion and the water easily slides and discharges from the condensation sump located at the bottom.
